Description:
The subject of the contract is:
a) preparing all -day meals in the contractor's kitchen, in accordance with the conditions set out in the Act of 25 August 2006 on food safety and nutrition (i.e. Journal of Laws of U. 2023, item 1448)
b) delivery of meals by the contractor to the contracting authority,
c) delivery and distributionfor individual branches (branch cookers) prepared by the contractor, full -day meals in an annual number of approx. 56,500, liquid diets in an annual number of approx. 1500 and about 1200 portions of lunch soup for all patients of the Poviat Hospital in Wodzisław Śląski,44-300 Wodzisław Śląski, ul. 26 March 51.
In accordance with the obligation to expand the bed base in the event of an elevated crisis situation imposed on the contracting authority, we reserve the possibility of ordering 200 full 24 -hour meals for the hospital in Wodzisław Śl. and 100 full 24 -hourmeals for the hospital in Rydułtowy. This will only happen in extreme situations, in connection with the need to use for the defense purposes of your medical entities on the basis of the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of October 27, 2023 on the preparation and use of medical entitiesfor the defense purposes of the state (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 2482, as amended) and the Act of 11 March 2022 on the defense of the Fatherland (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 248, as amended)
d) Receipt of dirty GN containers after separation of meals and their washing with the contractor.Out ...
