- 1. Subject of the contract: Provision of services in the field of periodic technical inspections and maintenance of medical equipment and apparatus in the institute. The procedure for the award of this contract has been qualified for services.
2. Detailed description of the subject of the contract contain this SWZ and:
1) Annex 1 - offer form;
2) Annex 2-assortment and price form for part 1-56;
3) Annex 2A - description of the subject of the contract (OPZ);
4) Annex 3 - draft contract.
3. The Employer allows for partial offers.
4. The contractor may submit an offer in relation to all parts (packages) of the order.
The contracting authority does not limit the number of part of the order to which the Contractor may submit an offer and does not specify the maximum number of part of the order to which the order may be awarded to one contractor.
5. Number Parts of the order (packages, tasks): 56.
6. The contract performance date: successively within 36 months from the date of conclusion of the contract.
7. Detailed issues regarding the date of the contract are set out in the draft contract, constituting Annex 3 to SWZ.
8. In the cases specified in the draft contract, the deadline performance of the contract may change.
