Description:
1. The scope of the order includes 24-hour feeding of hospitalized patients of the 115th Military Hospital from the SP ZOZ outpatient clinic in Hel, through the provision of catering services in the field of preparation, based on the Contractor's kitchen, and delivery of ready-made meals at the designated time and place to the registered office of the Ordering Party.2. the provision of nutrition services to hospital patients must be carried out in accordance with the Food and Nutrition Safety Act of August 25, 2006 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1448) and the principles of the HACCP system.3. The contractor is responsible for daily preparation, cooking and providing daily meals in accordance with the standards and principles of nutrition assigned to health care facilities, taking into account diets strictly tailored to the needs of the Ordering Party and in accordance with the menu prepared by the Contractor's dietitian, for a period of 24 months.4. A detailed description of the subject of the order is set out in Annex No. 10 to SWZ.5. Ordering party informs that the demand for the services specified in this ToR is estimated.
