Description:
I. Subject of the contract
1. The subject of the contract is the provision of the physical service of the protection of persons and property of the Ordering Party, including its areas and facilities, as well as all movable property (also entrusted to the contracting authority by third parties) and rolling stock (excluding rolling stock in urban traffic) before destruction, damage, loss or theft. The service does not include escorting.
2. The description of the subject of the contract was presented in Annex 12 to SWZ, the terms of the contract were specified in Annex 13 to SWZ (contract draft).
3. The contracting authority requires the submission of the offer Making the local vision of the facilities indicated in the description of the subject of the contract, in consultation with the persons indicated in §9 para. 1 of the draft contract (in relation to individual facilities). Failure to make a local vision of any of the objects indicated in the description of the subject of the contract, before submitting an offer, will cause it to be rejected on the basis of 226 para. 1 point 18) PZP. The Employer will verify the local vision on the basis of written confirmations of authorized representatives of the Ordering Party, submitted by the Contractor in the Annex to the offer form or confirmations in the possession of persons indicated in §9 para. 1 of the draft contract (in relation to individual facilities).
