Description:
The subject of the contract is the service of the protection of persons and property as well as monitoring of alarm systems along with the provision of intervention groups in the facilities of the Opole City Hall located at:

The service will be implementedin direct form of permanent and ad hoc physical protection as well as the supervision of signals transmitted, collected and processed in electronic devices and alarm systems.
Option right:
a) The contracting authority reserves the right to exercise the right of options, throughout the entire period of the contract.
b) lawthe options will be implemented in the case of:
- the circumstances requiring an additional number of personal protection hours, e.g. change of work organization, repairs carried out after opening hours of facilities, introduction of alarm degrees, etc.
- increase in the number of protected objects,
- necessitychanges in the protection schedule for the ordering party objects.
c) as part of the anticipated right of the option, the contracting authority reserves the right to change the basic order in the scope of:
- increasing the number of personal protection hours at a level not exceeding
4,500 hours.
