Description:
The contracting authority plans to complete the order successively depending on the needs. The contracting authority currently provides for the division of this order into a minimum of three parts, including:
Part 1 - specialized sanitary transport with a full team of the team, which includes at least three
people, in this doctor plus a medical rescuer or system nurse plus driver - lifeguard
(The current estimated demand was 15,000 km, 600 one -way transport
and 350 two -way transport),
Part 2 - basic sanitary transport with a team, which includes at least two people
i.e. medical rescuer or system nurse plus driver - lifeguard
(The current estimated demand was 30,000 km, 1,000 one -way transport
and 150 two -way transport),
Part 3 - Sanitary transport of patients who do not require medical care
(current estimated demand was 5,000 km, 200 one -way transport
and 30 two -way transport).
A detailed description of the subject of the contract containing an estimated demand The quantities per service in question during the contract will be determined by the price form, which is an attachment to SWZ. Services covered hereby The order was the subject of the contract in the tender procedure carried out in 2023, procedure No. 21/ZP/PN/23.
