Description:
The subject of the contract is the provision of payment transaction initiation services within the meaning of the Act of August 19, 2011 on payment services (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 2360, as amended), consisting in the provision by the Contractor to the Units of in the field of Payment Handling, Autoorization of Transactions and Settlements and providing Users with the possibility of making Payments to them, resulting in electronic execution of Payments, through the use of Payment Methods, indicated in the Description of the Subject of the Order constituting Annex No. 2 to the ToR, carried out throughm of the Internet network in the e-Payment System and in the Payment Operator System, as well as servicing Users and Units in this respect.
