- 1. The order of the contract includes:
1.1. Collecting municipal waste from all inhabited real estate and real estate on which there is a summer house, as well as other real estate used for recreation and leisure purposes located in the Wartkowice commune,
1.2. selectively collected municipal waste at the selective waste collection point (hereinafter: PSZOK) and from designated collective collection places specified in Annex 7 to SWZ.
2. The order of the contract includes the following services:
2.1. Taking and development by the Contractor from the Ordering Party area any amount of unsorted (mixed) municipal waste with code: 20 03 01;
2.2. Treatment and development by the Contractor from the contracting area of each amount of selectively collected municipal waste, which includes: paper, metal, plastic, multi -material packaging, Glass, bio -dads constituting municipal waste, on codes: 15 01 01, 15 01 02, 15 01 04, 15 01 05, 15 01 06, 15 01 07, 20 01 01 01, 20 01 02, 20 01 08, 20 01 39, 20 01 40, 20 02 01 and the receipt and development by the contractor of all amounts of municipal waste selectively selectively waste waste collected from pharmacies, schools, Mobile collection points, which include: medicines, batteries, glass, with codes: 20 01 02, 20 01 32, 20 01 34, 20 01 39, 15 01 02, 15 01 07;
