A brief description of the subject of the order: the subject of the order is the provision of a service consisting in preparing full-day meals in the main kitchen of the ordering party, Łowicz ul. Ułańska 28, their distribution to hospital branches and delivery to the branch of physiotherapy and rehabilitation, Rulice 31, GM. Bielawa - a delivery period of 12 months. The preparation of meals should be consistent with the principles of good hygienic practice (GHP), good production practice (GMP), food safety management system (HACCP), take into account the recommendations of the main sanitary inspector, the National Center for Nutrition Education and Recommendations published in the principles of proper nutrition of patients in hospitals. The Contractor undertakes to lease hospital rooms to carry out the above service. The Ordering Party reflects the room, including: central kitchen with warehouses and a canteen with a total area of 235.91m2 and the kitchen rooms in the physiotherapy and rehabilitation of Rulice 31 GM.
