- The subject of the order are services related to snow removal and ice removal in the 2025/2026 winter season on county roads administered by the County Roads Authority in Janow Lubelski, within the scope of part 4 of the order. The order includes: 1) adaptation of the Contractor's means of transport and equipment to the needs winter maintenance of roads, 2) provision of services by the Contractor by using its personal equipment potential and devices provided by the Ordering Party in a protocol for spreading materials on the road to eliminate winter slipperiness, the so-called gritters and equipment for snowblowing plowshare plows one-sided or two-sided, i.e. - repairing roads at the request of the Employer, according to winter maintenance standards, - combating slipperiness of road surfaces at the request of the Employer, using the Employer's materials, according to winter maintenance standards, 3) keeping equipment and means of transport ready intended for the execution of the order together with their service, 4) the Contractor's own provision of repair and renovation services for equipment and means of transport intended for the provision of services.
