Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the provision of supervision of the apparatus used at the Teleradiotherapy and Brachytherapy Department at Pomorskie Spitals Sp. z o. o. in the location in Gdynia at ul. January Uprising 1 for a period of 36 months.
2. The contractor must ensure availability in the area Employer's enterprise, i.e. the Maritime Hospital PCK in Gdynia at ul. January Uprising 1 for 5 days a week from 6:00 to 23:00 as well as 2 Saturdays and 2 Sundays a month.
3. Detailed description of the subject of the contract, the assortment and estimated quantities are given in Annex 2 to SWZ - description of the subject of the contract and the scope of the required service activities and in Annex 5 to SWZ - draft contract
