Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the management of civil law contracts, persons who are not employees of the Contractor to perform temporary work on The ordering party, on the terms set out in the description of the subject of the contract and the provisions of the Act of 9 July 2003 on employment employees temporary (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2025, item 236).
