Description:
The subject of the contract is the provision of services by trucks with a self-unloading box equipped with HDS devices with a gripper.
A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ.

Each vehicle for which the Contractor will provide the service must be equipped with a devicee GPS enabling ongoing monitoring of the vehicle position as well as the data recording element in the internal memory system (black box). The system in the context of monitoring the location as well as the analysis of recorded data must be compatible with the fleet management system functionat the Ordering Party. The contractor is obliged, no later than 4 weeks from the date of signing the contract, to install such a device under the pain of charging him with contractual penalties or termination of the contract in accordance with the draft contract constituting Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ. Data transmission costs andThe cost of the GPRS modem will be covered by the Contractor.
