Description:
1. The subject of the order is the task titled: Performance of services for winter maintenance of provincial roads in the Trzebnica County in the winter season 2025/2026, divided into tasks: task No. 2 - combating slipperiness and removing snow on provincial roads: No. 342 and No. 340 - working time approximately 200 hours. and monthly duty.Note: The working time given above is an estimate. The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce the quantitative scope of services to a maximum of 50% of the quantity specified in the SWZ, and for this reason the Contractor is not entitled to any claims against the Ordering Party, including remuneration or compensation. Order includes: - snowing the road using your own equipment, - sprinkling rough materials against winter slipperiness, black ice and ice in accordance with Annex No. 3 to the agreement No. DSDiK/ZS/4/2023 of May 18, 2023 (constituting Annex No. 1 to the contract template, and in places determined according to the notification Dispatch Office and Inspector of DSDiK Wrocaw).1) Road maintenance is to be in accordance with the relevant standards and the attached map, which constitutes an annex to the contract. 2) The Contractor will report each departure of equipment to the provided telephone number daily...
