- 1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services at the winter maintenance of municipal roads consisting in maintaining the passage of roads in the winter, in the 2025/2026 season in a 24 -hour system, 7 days a week. The task will be to combat winter slippery, snow removal of road surfaces and pavements using mechanical equipment as part of concluded contracts for the provision of transport services. The Employer allows the possibility of submitting partial offers according to the division specified in point 2.
2. The resource allows the possibility of submitting partial offers according to the following division:
a) part I - paved roads - route I,
b) part II - paved roads - route II,
c) Part III - paved roads - route III,
d) part IV - paved roads - route IV,
e) Part V - unpaved roads - route I,
f) Part VI - unpaved roads - route II,
g) Part VII - Sidewalks and bicycle paths - route AND,
h) Part VIII - Sidewalks and bicycle paths - route II,
i) Part IX - sidewalks and bicycle paths - route III,
j) Part X - pedestrian crossings and travel to bicycle rides - route I,
k) Part XI - pedestrian crossings and travel to bicycle journeys - route II,
l) Part XII - Loading and removal of snow,
m) Part XIII - loading of a salt and sand mixture.
