The subject of the order is the exercise by the execution of the Removal of Shelter along with dining, providing incidental clothing and necessary social conditions as well as running a social work aimed at helping basic life, development and strengthening of activity and independence, restoring to Life in the local environment and the independence of the Homeless OSB addressed by the Municipal Spoic Aid Agency in Lubań, taking into account the individual situation of OSB targeted. , The object of the order carried out in shelters for Homeless OSB (hereinafter referred to as shelters), with a division into 3 worships:, part I, a. Extension of Removal of Shelter, i.e. granting a 24-hour shelter for homeless men in a shelter along with ensuring that discharge, incomplete clothing , necessary social conditions, as well as maintaining a social work aimed at helping basic life, developing and strengthening the activity and independence, restore to life in the local environment and the independence of homeless OSB.
