Description:
The subject of the contract is: "The provision of specialist services of care services at the participant's place of residence (excluding for people with mental disorders) for residents of the Pieszyce commune." As part of the project: Increasing availability and development of social services for the residents of the communePieszyce
co -financed from the funds of the Regional European Fund for Lower Silesia 20212027, Priority 7 European funds for the labor market and social inclusion in Lower Silesia, Measure 7.7 Development of social and health services, 7.7.b CUS.2 Creating and development. SpecialistCare services anticipated throughout the entire performance of the subject of the contract are a total of 23,400 hours (i.e. the contracting authority declares that the expected average monthly number of recipients of services will be 30 people, and the estimated average monthly number of hours of services will be 30 hours)broken down into
individual years: a) 7,200 hours in 2025 b) 10,800 hours in 2026 c) 5,400 hours in 2027. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is in SWZ, Annex 5 and Annex 6 to SWZ, which constitute integral parts of the contract.
