The subject of the order is the provision of specialized care services and rehabilitation services by a physiotherapist at the place of residence of beneficiaries from the Barcin Commune in the period from February 1, 2026 to August 31, 2026. 2. The above-mentioned. services s listed in Annex XIV to Directive 2014/24/EU and Annex XVII to Directive 2014/25/EU. 3. The Ordering Party and the Contractor should implement the subject of the order in accordance with Art. 17 section 1 point 11 and art. 50 section 1, section 4, art. 50a of the Act on Social Assistance of 12 March 2004 (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 1214, as amended) and the Regulation of the Minister of Social Policy of September 22, 2005 on specialized care services (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 816).4. By specialist care services we mean: specialized physiotherapy services at the place of residence, including physical rehabilitation and improvement of impaired body functions to the extent not covered by the provisions of the Act of August 27, 2004 on health care services financed by public funds in accordance with the recommendations of a doctor or a specialist in the field of physical rehabilitation or a physiotherapist.5.
