- 1) the provision of specialist care services will be based on the following provisions: a) the Act on Social Assistance of March 12, 2004 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 1214, as amended); b) the Act on Mental Health Protection of August 19, 1994 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024 item 917);c) regulation Minister of Social Policy of September 22, 2005 on specialized care services (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 816), hereinafter referred to as the Regulation.2) The task of the Contractor of the order in question is to provide specialized care services for children up to 18 years of age.3) Task The contractor of the order in question is to provide specialized care services max. 3 hours per day per child, from Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. for persons residing in Dbica, indicated by the Ordering Party in the period from January 2, 2026 to December 31, 2026. 4) Parties allow for the possibility of reducing or increasing the number of people and hours in the scope of services provided, according to the needs of the Ordering Party, and their actual number will result from the hours actually provided.
