- The subject of the order are specialized care services at home for beneficiaries with mental disorders of the Municipal Social Welfare Center in Lnian pursuant to Art. 18 section 1 point 3 and art. 50 section 7 of the Act of 12 March 2004 on social assistance (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2025, item 1214, as amended) and pursuant to the regulation of the Minister of Social Policy of September 22, 2005 on specialized care services (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2024, item 816) for beneficiaries of the Social Welfare Center Social in Lniana. The estimated number of hours to complete the order is approximately 1,836 hours. The estimated number of people to be covered by specialist care services at home for people with mental disorders is 8 people. Estimated number of people and number of hours reflects the current number of people requiring specialist care services for people with mental disorders and the number of hours allocated to them.
