Description:
The subject of the contract includes the provision of specialized care services for people with mental disorders. Description of the subject of the contract is Annex 2 to SWZ.
Provision of specialized care services for people with mental disorders
1. The order of the contract includes the benefit specialized care services for people with mental disorders.
34 para. 1 of the PZP Act, the Employer provides the possibility of 1 resumption of the contract, consisting in repetition of the subject of the contract for the period of subsequent 181 days - from 01.01.2026
The Contractor is obliged to submit in a written form a statement of expressing consistent to resume the order within 7 days from the date of receipt of information from the Ordering Party. In the absence of a contractor's response in the above -mentioned period, the Employer will consider that the Contractor does not agree to resume the order.
5. In the event of not informing the Contractor within the time limit described in para. 4., it should be assumed that the contracting authority does not will use resumption. The Contractor will not have any claims against the Ordering Party if the Employer does not use the resumption.
