Description:
1. The subject of the order is the provision of Specialized Care Services (SUO) for adults and children who meet the qualification criteria, including those who have a decision from the Social Services Center in the Aleksandrw Kujawski Commune. The order is divided into 2 parts: 1) Part 1 of the order: provision of specialized services in the field of psychological support: a) The contractor must meet at least the following requirements: has a higher education in psychology, at least 2 years of experience in the provision of services related to the subject orders, i.e. conducting psychological consultations, psychological support or therapy (e.g. working with children, youth, adults, people in crisis, victims of violence, etc.). b) The scope of tasks performed in the position includes: - initial diagnosis and assessment of the situation; - participation in the creation of Individual Paths Support; - providing individual consultations and psychological advice; providing information about specialist facilities offering help; - help in coping with situations crisis guidance...
