Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the provision of the Substantive Consulting/ Consulting Service in the implementation of the project entitled: "Protection of species and natural habitats in areas administered by the director of the Maritime Office in Gdynia".
2. The scope of the order includes in particular:
2.1 Development Methodologies for the implementation of selected tasks under the project entitled: "Protection of species and natural habitats in areas administered by the director of the Maritime Office in Gdynia", which will constitute descriptions of the subject of the contract in proceedings for the implementation of tasks for which they will be developed, described, described in point II.1 Description of the subject of the contract (OPZ).
2.2 Preparation of documents necessary for the Employer to develop applications for the initiation of public procurement procedures for the tasks described in point II.1 Description of the subject of the contract (OPZ), i.e. methodologies (descriptions of the subject of the contract), conditions for participation in the procedure, criteria for evaluation of offers and estimating the costs of implementing individual orders based on the requirements arising from the PPL Act on the basis of current market and technical data.
2.3 Participation in taking the results of tasks for which the methodologies have been Developed by the Contractor and Tasks No. 5, described in point II. and description of the subject of the contract (OPZ), including checking and verification of the compliance of the works/services performed by the Contractor with the requirements specified in the methodologies developed by the Contractor together with the substantive assessment of obtained results
