The subject of this fall is to experience the supervision and management of construction works in the field of sanitary installations for the Lower Sanitary Rehabilitation Center and Orthopedics Sp. z o.o. In Kamienna Game, ul. J. Korczak 1. The scope of installation includes: water-sewage installations, ventilation and air conditioning, C.O. installations, domestic hot water and gas, 2. The detailed range of the check -up includes: 1) management of buildings/works performed by the Employer's employees and the function of the supervisory inspector (in the scope of construction authorities) to the value during the contract (rising for the indicated activities) 3.50 million from the net (it is worth referring to the sum of estimated values determined for construction robs in accordance with the law of public polls); 2) conducting reviews of sanitary installations of buildings, including participation in periodic inspections;, 3) control of external and internal sanitary installations and preparation securing or repair; 4) informing the ordering risks resulting from the state of the installation in the SPKi and in construction facilities, and proposing preventive actions or voltage ...
