Description:
1. The contract award procedure is carried out in an open tender mode on the basis of "Procedure for awarding orders by PKP S.A." , adopted for use by resolution No. 550 of the Management Board of PKP S.A. of 01/08/2023 (the provisions of the Public Procurement Law does not apply). 2. Type of order: service. 3. The subject of the contract is the provision of the Supervision Inspector service in the electrical specialty for the administrative regions: Gdańsk, Bydgoszcz, Ełk, Olsztyn, divided into 4 tasks. 4. The procedure to which this SWZ relates is marked with: KFZ/2025/WNP-01709/2. Contractors are obliged to rely on the above -mentioned designation in all contacts with the Employer. for four parts, hereinafter referred to as "parts" or "tasks": 1) Task No. I - "Providing a supervision inspector service in specialty electrical for the Gdańsk Administration District ", 2) Task No. II -" Providing the Supervision Inspector Service in an electrical specialty for the Bydgoszcz Administration District ", 3) Task No. III -" Providing the Supervision Inspector Service in the Electrical Specialization for the Ełk Administration District ", 4) Task No. IV - Task No. IV "The provision of the Supervision Inspector's service in the electrical specialty for the Olsztyn Administration District. 6.
