Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the provision of comprehensive support services to the Employer (hereinafter referred to as Services) in the scope of:
1.1. implementation of IT systems to support processes in the field of the so-called "soft HR", in particular IT consultancy regarding e.g. planning, analysis and designof IT systems, implementation of IT projects and audits of IT systems by delegating to the Ordering Party Consultants in the number and with specific competences indicated in the SWZ and OPZ, included in the Contractor's Staff, to perform the works specified in the Agreement andPZ for and under the supervision of the Employer,
1.2. consulting services in the area of the so-called "soft HR.
2. The subject of the contract will be provided in stages:
1) Stage I - Pre-implementation analysis,
2) Stage II - Support with the purchase of an IT solution,
3) Stage III - Support with implementationu,
4) Stage IV - completion of the Implementation.
3. The subject of the contract in the detailed scope is specified in the contract template with attachments, constituting Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ.
