Description:
1. The subject of the order is the provision of technical (emergency) services in real estate managed by Bytomskie Mieszkanie in 2026.2. The subject of the order includes the provision of technical (emergency) services to the extent specified in Appendix No. 1 to SWZ - Description of the Subject Orders / scope of services, in: a) real estate belonging to the resources of the Bytom Commune. The address list of real estate is included in Appendix No. 1a to OPZ; b) municipal premises located in buildings of housing communities. Address list of real estate of housing communities in which the Bytom Commune has a share. ownership in common real estate, included in Annex No. 1b to OPZ.3. The Contractor is obliged to specify in the Offer Form the time to start repairing the failure, counting from the moment of receiving the notification about the failure. The minimum realistic time required by the Ordering Party to begin repairing the failure is 30 minutes (i.e. 0.5 h). The maximum time required by the Ordering Party to remove the failure is 120 minutes (i.e. 2 hours).4.
