Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the provision of technical support for the robotization platform and ensuring a license for robotization tools. In the case of offering equivalent technology, the subject of the contract also includes the implementation of new technology.
2. Detailed description of the subject of the contractAlong with the terms of the provision of the service, it was specified in the planned provisions of the contract (PPU), constituting an attachment and to SWZ, as well as in the description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) constituting Annex 2 to the PPU.
3. The application informs that in point 2.8.1 SWZ has been specified the attachment containing information containing informationwith a confidential character.
4. The person reserves the right to exercise the right of options. The scope of the option of the option is specified in § 1 para. 3 PPU.
5. Among the landlord is not obliged to exercise the right of options in whole or in part. In the event of failure to use the right, the options are not borne by the Contractorliability in connection with the non -performance of the right options.
Detailed equivalence conditions are specified in OPZ. 133 para. 3 of the PZP Act, the contracting authority imposesfor contractors requirements aimed at protecting the confidential nature of some information provided in the course of the contract award procedure, reserving as confidential, and not providing them on the ordering party's website, i.e.: Annex 14 to the PPU.p...
