The subject of the order is: a) provision of telecommunications services from landline telephones in the field of local, zone and long-distance telephone connections to mobile networks, b) rental, assembly and installation as well as 24-hour service of a digital telephone exchange with a power supply system and patch panels in Krakow os. Zotej Jesieni 1 along with modules erected in the locations of Makw Podhalaski ul. Mickiewicza 7, c) rental of telephones for the needs of the Specialist Hospital. Ludwika Rydygiera w Krakowie Sp. z o. o. for the needs of the Specialist Hospital. Ludwik Rydygier in Krakow Sp. z o. o. (os. Zotej Jesieni 1, 31-826 Krakw), Long-Term Care Facility in Makow Podhalaski ul. Mickiewicza 7 A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Appendix No. 1 to the Specification. 2. The Ordering Party recommends that the Contractor make a preliminary site visit of the work sites to obtain information that may be necessary to prepare an offer to conclude a contract and execute an order.
