• Description:
• 2.1 The subject of the contract is the provision of services by the Contractor to the Employer covering the following tasks:
  2.1.1.1.1.1.1.1.1 (basic order)-consisting in providing the telephone service of the Customer's Customer in the Employer's system in the system, on business days between 6:00 to-22: 00 and inSaturdays and public holidays from work from 8:00 to 18:00. The scope of the basic order is determined by the proposed provisions of the contract (hereinafter referred to as the "PPU") and in particular point 3 of Annex 1 to PPU-description of the subject of the contract (hereinafter referred to as "OPZ").2 (Option law) - consisting in providing telephone service of the Customer Customer in the Employer's system, on business days between 22:00 and 6:00 and on Saturdays and public holidays between 18:00 - 8:00,

  2.1.2.3.3 Planting 4 (Options Law) - consisting in supporting the Live Chat services in the ordering system in the system of the Ordering Party on business days between 22:00 - 6:00 and on Saturdays and public holidaysbetween 18:00 and 8:00;
  2.1.2.4 Planning 5 (Option right) - consisting in handling the Video CHAT services in the ordering system, on business days between 6:00 to 22:00 and on Saturdays and public holidays from work from 8:00 to 18:00,
