- The subject of the contract is the provision of a training service in the organization of organizing and conducting 144 cycles of professional activation classes in units subordinate to the District Inspectorate of the Prison Service in Lublin. As part of the project entitled: "Comprehensive training and deactivation activities havingto prepare persons serving a prison sentence for effective return to the labor and society "under the European Funds program for social development 2021-2027 co-financed by the European Social Fund plus. Training should increase trainingmotivation of prisoners and enable the acquisition of competences necessary to move on the labor market, i.e. covering 11 thematic areas: the ability to rational time management, self -presentation, the art of conversation and calm argumentation, dealing with negative emotions, wayssearching for a job, conducting talks with potential employers, preparing documents to take up work, adequate self -esteem, work motivation, budget management, etc. All topics will be implemented in the dimension of 2 hours, and the selected topics will be extended by an additional 8hours, which gives 30 hours together. The selection of topics requiring extension will take place in accordance with the needs reported by participants during the training and with the needs confirmed by the lecturer.
