Description:
The subject of the contract is "providing a training service in the organization of organizing and conducting 96 cycles of professional activation classes in units subordinate to the District Director of the Prison Service in Katowice." Training should increase the motivation of prisoners and allow acquisition competences necessary to move on the labor market, covering the following issues: rational time management, self -presentation, the art of conversation and peaceful argument, dealing with negative emotions, contemporary methods of searching for work, conversation with a potential employer, preparing modern application documents, self -esteem, work motivation, budget management and setting up your own business. All topics will be implemented in the dimension of 2 hours, and the selected topics will be extended by an additional 8 hours in total, which will give 30 together hours. The selection of topics requiring extension will take place in accordance with the needs reported by participants during the training and with the needs confirmed by the lecturer.
