- 1) The subject of the contract is the provision of a training service in the field of diagnostic tools in the dimension of 16 hours for an average group of 20 people-public employees of psychological and pedagogical counseling centers.
2) The scope of the basic order includes the provision of training services in the number:
a) part A: voivodeship Kujawsko-Pomorskie-112 hours of training services, 7 training groups,
b) Part B: voivodeship Lublin - 160 hours of training services, 10 training groups,
c) Part C: voivodeship Lubuskie - 80 hours of training services, 5 training groups,
d) Part D: voivodeship ΕodΕΊ - 160 hours of training services, 10 training groups,
Lesser Poland - 160 hours of training services, 10 training groups,
Opolskie - 64 hours of training services, 4 training groups,
Pomeranian - 112 hours of training services, 7 training groups,
ΕlΔ skie - 224 training services, 14 training groups,
ΕwiΔtokrzyskie - 64 hours of training services, 4 training groups,
Warmian -Masurian Voivodeship - 112 hours of training services, 7 training groups,
Wielkopolskie - 240 hours of training services, 15 groups training,
