Description: 1. The order of the order is the provision of transport and disposal of medical waste produced in the Provincial Specialist Hospital in Wrocław at ul. Kamieńskiego 73a and in the Warsaw Branch at ul. Safe 8. The disposal of medical waste is to be carried out at a utilization plant located in the area of the voivodship on which waste was produced. Wastes that can not be processed at the place of their formation are transferred, taking into account the hierarchy of ways to deal with waste and the best available technique referred to in art. 207 of the Act of 27 April 2001. Environmental protection or technology referred to in art. 143 of this Act, to the closest places where they can be processed in accordance with art. 20 of the Waste Act.
2. Out and the amount of municipal waste determines the offer form - Annex No. 1 to SWZ.
