Description:
The subject of the contract is the contractor's provision in the city of Gdańsk and the municipalities of neighboring transport services of people with disabilities and their carers in the years 2025 - 2027 in a manner consistent with Resolution No. XXXIX/885/13 of the Gdańsk City Council of June 25, 2013 on determining the types of transport, rules of use, organization, powers and payments when traveling with disabilities, adapted for this purpose, microbuses organized by the Municipality of Gdańsk.
The subject of the contract is also the development of route schedules for subscription periodic transport based on a list of people with residence addresses and addresses of institutions/centers (hereinafter referred to as "institutions") and updating it. The list of residence addresses of transports and the addresses of the facilities is Annex 2 to the contract.
The subject of the contract also includes all necessary activities for proper transport of people with disabilities and their carers.
The estimated number of carts covered by this subject of the contract is a total of 140,000 WOOKM in a period of two years (including: II half of 2025 - 20,000 Wozokm; year 2026 - 72,000 WOOZOKM; 1st half of the year 2027 - 48,000 Wozokm).
