Description:
The subject of the contract is the provision by the Contractor in the city of Gdańsk transport services of people with disabilities and their carers, in the period from 28 June to August 31, 2027, covering school years 2025/2026 and 2026/2027, in a manner consistent with Resolution No. XXXIX/885/13 of the CouncilThe cities of Gdańsk Z25 in 2013, the establishment of establishing types of transport, the rules of use, organization, rights and resources at the journeys of disabled people, adapted for this purpose, with microbuses organized for this purpose organized by the Municipality of the City of Gdańsk.
The subject of the order is also the studySchedules of routes of inclusion/ packages based on a list of people with residence addresses and addresses of kindergartens/ schools/ institutions/ centers (hereinafter referred to as "institutions") and making it. The list of residence addresses of the transport and the addresses of the facilities will be Annex No.2 to the contract.
The subject of the contract also includes all activities necessary for the proper transport of people with disabilities, and in particular to ensure the safety of going to care for entrusted children/ students/ participants (also called persons).
The order was divided into5 parts. The Employer allows the possibility of submitting partial offers, and the Contractor may submit an offer for any number of parts.
The estimated number of carriers covered by this subject of the contract will be given to 5 parts:
