- Description:
- The subject of the order is the provision of transport services in the field of public collective transport in poviat-municipal passenger transport, divided into three (3) parts. Pursuant to Art. 91 section 3 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party limits the number of lots that can be awarded to one contractor. The contractor may submit an offer only for one of the three parts.
PROVISION OF TRANSPORT SERVICES IN THE FIELD OF PUBLIC COLLECTIVE TRANSPORT - part number 1 - Package A
providing transport services in the field of public collective transport in poviat-municipal passenger transport on lines listed in the SWZ and annexes. The planned operational work amounts to a total of 44,446,336.20 vehicle-kilometers. A detailed description of the subject of the order is presented in the contract template constituting Annex No. 5A to the SWZ and in the SWZ chapter 2nd point 1.2
PROVISION OF TRANSPORTATION SERVICES TO THE PUBLIC GENERAL TRANSPORT - part number 2 - Package B
providing transport services in the field of public collective transport in district and municipal transport passenger services on the lines listed in the SWZ and annexes. The planned operational work amounts to a total of 7,900,949.80 vehicle-kilometers: Detailed the description of the subject of the order is presented in the contract template constituting Annex No. 5B to the SWZ and in the SWZ chapter 2nd point 1.3
