Description:
The subject of the order is the provision of transport services for the needs of ZPW in 2026. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Appendix No. 2 to SWZ Description of the subject of the order. The ordering party requires that the execution of the subject of the order takes place on the terms and principles specified in the contract template constituting Annex No. 6 to SWZ. Pursuant to Art. 95 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party requires that all activities undertaken by Contractors related to the provision of transport services to the Ordering Party should be performed by employees employed under an employment contract (Article 221 of the Act of 26 June 1974 Labor Code). The Ordering Party is entitled, during the entire contract implementation period, to verify the form of employment of the Contractor's employees performing the above-mentioned. services. Requirements for Package No. ISamochd with the following parameters: 1) Enable the transport of goods on EURO pallets in an amount up to 12 pallets or more. 2) A car with a permissible load capacity of 8 tons or more. 3) The car must be equipped with a hydraulic lift with a minimum capacity of 1000 kg and a manual pallet truck. 4) Required number of cars -2 pcs.
