Description:
The subject of the order is the provision of public transport services in the Złotoryja Municipality using zero-emission rolling stock provided by the Ordering Party. The estimated number of vehicle kilometers covered by this agreement is: 270,000 vehicle kilometers. The contractor will provide two buses reserve.
68a of the Electromobility Act, the Ordering Party ensures that the share of buses (...) using alternative fuels in the total number of buses covered by orders (...) is at least 46% - from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2030.
Total the number of buses covered by the order is 4 and includes 2 electric buses owned by the Ordering Party and 2 replacement buses at the Contractor's disposal. Therefore, the participation of buses belonging to the M3 category, referred to in Art. 4 section 1 letter and Regulation 2018/858, class I and class A, referred to in Art. 3 points 2 and 3 of Regulation (EC) No 661/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 July 2009 on the technical requirements for the type-approval of motor vehicles relating to their general safety, their trailers and systems, parts and separate technical units intended for them (OJ EU L 200 of 31/07/2009, p. 1, as amended), using alternative fuels for propulsion, in the total number of buses covered by the order (provided that half of this share is to be achieved by au...
