- The subject of the contract is the performance of a transport service, i.e. transport to the educational institutions of the Czarnkow Commune Children covered by pre -school education, from the age in which they have completed 3 years in the calendar year in which the 2025/2026 school year begins and children covered by the school obligation, as well as parents, guardians and teachers playing a role supporting the work of guardians and people with disabilities who are participants of Occupational Therapy Workshops in GΔbice, as part of the implementation of the task of "Providing transport services with a guardian - transport students of the Czarnkow commune in the 2025/2026 school year. The service is to ensure the service and resources of students as well as care for students during the journeys, bearing in mind the safety of students, punctuality of delivery and the shortest time of the students' travel. The service will be performed by the contractor. The contractor is obliged to adapt to the order the appropriate amount and size of the means of transport to carry out transport in accordance with the timetable and the number of students transported. The Employer excludes the possibility of claims of the Contractor for incorrect price calculation or omission of elements necessary for the proper performance of the subject of the contract. The delivery will be carried out as part of tasks and routes, which are separate parts of the order:
