Description:
1)Part 1 Subject of the order: Providing postal services in domestic and foreign traffic in the field of registered items, including the receipt, transport and delivery of postal items and their possible returns (letter items, postal parcels), which will be carried out in accordance with the principles specified in generally applicable legal provisions, in particular in the Act of November 23, 2012, Postal Law (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 366, consolidated text) along with additional services within 24 months from January 2, 2026 to December 31, 2027, provided that the contract will be settled by January 31, 2028. 2)Part 2 Subject of the order: Providing universal postal services for the Katowice City Hall in the field of parcels unregistered, courier services and sending unaddressed forms in domestic and foreign traffic, including the receipt, transportation and delivery of postal items and their possible returns (letter items, postal parcels), which will be implemented in accordance with the principles specified in generally applicable legal provisions, in particular in the Act of November 23, 2012, Postal Law, together with additional services in the period from January 2, 2026 to December 31, 2027, provided that settlement of the contract will take place by January 31, 2028.
