Description:
1. The subject of the order is the provision of veterinary services for newly caught animals and animals staying in the place of temporary detention of caught animals, located at ul. Krzywa 18 in Zielonka. 1) Veterinary services for animals at the place of temporary detention of caught animals will consist in arriving at the request of the Ordering Party to the above-mentioned places for collective vaccinations, deworming and in case of emergencies requiring medical intervention. In addition, animals caught by the Ordering Party will be brought to the Contractor's clinic, which after a 24-hour stay in the clinic including: clinical examination, provision of emergency assistance, deworming, flea removal, removal of ticks, checking whether the animal is microchipped (if it should not be microchipped) and after creating a veterinary inspection book, will be delivered by the Contractor to the place of temporary storage of caught animals located at ul. Krzywa 18 in Zielonka. In the case of cats, after consultation with the Ordering Party, a test for the presence of FIV/FELV should be performed.
