A brief description of the subject of the contract: 1. The subject of the contract is the Contractor's provision to the Ordering Party of Vulcanization Services and the Services for Repair and Exchange of Tires to New. The scope of the contract includes the repair of tires, vulcanization of tubes along with disassembly, assembly and balancing of wheels. An exchange for new ones in a place of used not suitable for repairing tires and vagons are provided each time after agreement with the Ordering Party. In the price of delivery of a new tire, disassembly and assembly with wheel balancing and the scrap tire should be taken into account. The Contractor undertakes to carry out repairs on the date of notification or reconciliation within a 1-day period from the date of repair, in the case of the need to purchase new tires of parts and materials within the deadline agreed with the Ordering Party. , Repair and assembly service, purchase of new tires implemented at the Ordering Party's headquarters together with a mobile service of car tires., 2.
