The contractor's duties should be ensured by the safety of OSB using the indoor Pywal in the Aquapark Polkowice S.A. in accordance with the inviting regulationsrights, in puppies: a) of the acts of 18 August 2011 on the safety of OSB staying in water areas (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 147), b) by the regulation of the Minister of Interior and Administration of 23 January 2012 on minimum, requires the number of water rescuers.ensuring the control of the designated water area (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1981), c) by the ordinance of the Minister of Internal Affairs of 27 February 2012. The case requires the equipment of designated water areas in rescue and auxiliary equipment, signaling and warning devices as wellmedical, drugs and sanitary articles (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1607). A detailed description of the subject of the fall and the conditions of its implementation are indicated in SWZ and the designed provisionscontracts.
