Description:
The subject of the order is a comprehensive supply (including delivery and provision of distribution services) of electricity to 84 consumption points (PPE) with a total estimated volume of 322.45 MWh in the period from February 1, 2026 to December 31, 20262. As part of the implementation of the subject order, the contractor will be obliged to supply electricity and provide transmission services. The order should be executed in accordance with the provisions of the Energy Law Act of April 10, 1997 and the implementing acts to this Act.3. Details regarding the consumption of electricity at individual consumption points are described in Appendix No. 1 and 1a to the SWZ List of consumption points, of which: 1) Appendix No. 1 - items 1 to 33 are municipal facilities, 2) Appendix No. 1a - items 1 to 51 are lighting uliczne4. The projected electricity consumption indicated above is indicative and may differ from the amount of energy actually consumed during the contract period.
