Description:
The subject of the fall is the removing of specialist support to the inhabitants of the Rawicz commune, with a special psychological support, in the form of individual psychological consultations for the residents of the Rawicz Commune, affected by the problem with the problem of Behavioral, in favor of the charges of the Social Care Center in Rawicz, in the places indicated by the Ordering Party, adapted to the needs of non -firm OSB, i.e. in the headquarters of CUS BD at the place of residence of the resident of the Rawicz commune of the Commune of Rawicz demanding demand (in the city and commune), on work days, i.e. From Monday to Saturday, from 07:00 21:00 and in particularly justified cases on Sundays. A specialist will be in constant contact with social workers, assistants, advisers, other specialists involved in the implementation conducted by the CUS, including participates in the development of documents, regulations, opinions and recommendations.
