Description:
1. The subject of the order is the service of psychological support and systemic work with families. 2. The Contractor's duties include: 1) making a preliminary psychological diagnosis of candidates for foster parents (including preparing opinions using appropriate research tools); 2) psychophysical diagnosis children placed in a foster family for the first time (assessment of cognitive, emotional and social development, analysis of the family and health situation, determination of the child's needs, resources and difficulties, and formulation of conclusions and recommendations regarding further therapeutic work); 3) supporting parents substitutes in solving educational problems; 4) participation in meetings of the periodic evaluation team; keeping work documentation and reporting on activities carried out. 3. The Ordering Party expects to provide a total of 2,400 hours of services (annual average 1,200 hours). The ordering party guarantees the order Contractors provide at least 840 hours of services per year. 4. Completion date: from the date of conclusion of the contract, but not earlier than from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2027. or until the number specified in the order is exhausted hours.
