- Based on Article. 23 section 1 point 1 of the Act of 16 December 2010 on public collective transport (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2023.2778, as amended), in connection with Art. 7 section 2 of Regulation (EC) No 1370/2007 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2007 concerning public rail serviceshorn passenger transport and repealing Council Regulations (EEC) No 1191/69 and (EEC) No 1107/70 (OJ EU L.2007.315.1 of 3 December 2007). The Siennica commune intends to directly conclude a contract for the provision of public transport services in accordance with the instruction concludedin art. 19
section 1 point 3 of the Act on public collective transport.
