Public procurement procedure with a value above EUR 5,538,000 "Renovation Łazienki and the cloakroom of the Oncology building " - in the system design and build at the M. Copernicus in Łodź Provincial Multi -specialist Center for Oncology and Traumatology.
The subject of this order is the contractor to implement all investments in the formula "Design and build" in accordance with Description of the subject of the contract provided for in the procedure conducted in an open tender procedure under the name "Renovation of the bathrooms and cloakrooms of the Oncology building at the Provincial Multi -specialist Oncology and Traumatology Center of M. Copernicus in Łodź."
In particular the subject of the contract includes:
a) execution of a construction and executive project of all industries in accordance with the subject of the contract, technical specification of construction and acceptance of construction works, and obtaining a building permit or notification of construction works not requiring a building permit (if it is required).
b) execution of installation works on the basis of a prepared executive project:

b. Organizing and conducting necessary tests, tests, measurements and acceptance, as well as the final acceptance of all works of a given stage, which is the subject of the contract,
