The subject of the contract providing services in the field of transporting passenger and hand luggage in collective bus transport organized by the Kobierzyce Commune in the Kobierzyce and City of WrocΕaw commune, on communication lines No. 842 and No. 822 on working days, according to the principles described in Β§ 2 of the templateContracts, hereinafter referred to as "transport services". The total estimated volume of transport work of the basic order is 137,965 WZK.
2. The sale of one -off tickets and checking of passenger or luggage documents, to the extent described in Β§ 3 of the contract template. Revenues from the sale of tickets,referred to in the Transport Law, the Employer is entitled to.
